Refund and Return Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered. To start a return, email refunds@shopnnova.com with your order number, the item or items involved, the reason for the request, and photographs if an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received, with tags and original packaging, together with proof of purchase. We do not designate products as final sale; however, a return must meet these eligibility requirements.

Return authorization and address

Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending an item. Unless your authorization provides a different address, approved returns must be sent to: Shopnnova Returns, Cheema Khudi, Shri Hargobindpur, Gurdaspur, Punjab 143515, India. Returns sent without authorization might not be accepted or processed.

Return shipping and fees

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, deficient, spurious, incorrect, not as described, or another remedy is required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

India payment options and discounts

Eligible fully prepaid orders shipped within India receive a 15% discount displayed before payment. Any approved refund for a discounted prepaid order is based on the amount actually paid after the discount, subject to applicable law.

Eligible Partial Prepaid + Cash on Delivery (COD) orders shipped within India require a fixed ₹300 payment at checkout. A 10% discount is applied to the order total, and the remaining discounted balance is payable on delivery. The 15% fully prepaid discount does not apply to Partial Prepaid + COD orders.

Eligible standard COD orders shipped within India require no advance payment. The full regular order total is payable on delivery, and no prepaid or partial-payment discount applies.

The ₹300 Partial Prepaid + COD payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels a confirmed order or refuses delivery for reasons not attributable to Shopnnova. This restriction does not apply when Shopnnova cancels or cannot fulfill the order, the order is not shipped or delivered within the promised timeframe, goods are damaged, defective, deficient, spurious, incorrect, or not as described or agreed, or a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. In those circumstances, the ₹300 payment will be refunded or another legally required remedy will be provided.

United States and non-India availability

Shopnnova currently accepts orders only for eligible delivery addresses within India. The United States Market is disabled while international payments, currency, shipping, tax, and customer-service requirements are researched. We do not currently accept orders for delivery to the United States or other non-India destinations. If international sales are enabled later, COD, Partial Prepaid + COD, and India-only payment discounts will remain unavailable outside India unless an updated policy expressly states otherwise.
