About Shopnnova

Shopnnova is an India-focused online retailer specializing in spiritual jewellery, Rudraksha, Karungali, Pyrite, gemstones, Vastu items, devotional frames, and related spiritual accessories. Shopnnova is operated by Manpreet Kaur and Atul Chaudhary.

What we offer

We curate products intended for spiritual practice, personal wear, gifting, and home or workspace décor. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and any care information are shown on each product page so customers can make informed choices.

Shipping in India

Orders are fulfilled from Gurdaspur, Punjab, India. Standard transit is estimated at 10–14 business days. Shipping costs ₹49 for orders of ₹499 or less and is free for orders over ₹499. Tracking information is provided when available from the delivery partner.

Payments and Cash on Delivery

Customers can use the online payment methods displayed at checkout. Eligible prepaid India orders receive a 15% discount. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in India where supported: full COD is charged at regular price, while eligible partial-COD orders require ₹300 upfront, receive a 10% discount, and have the remaining balance due on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued according to our Refund Policy. Please review the complete policy before placing an order.
